Track GTA 6 collectibles without spoiling the map
Mark your own pins after the game is out. No official collectible list, no leak dump, not a Leonida product you can buy now.
The first-week problem
Most map articles dump every pin in one list. That is fine after you have finished an area. It is a bad default in the first days after November 19, 2026, when you still want to find things yourself.
Search results for “GTA 6 collectibles” will get worse, not better, as launch week arrives. Pages will invent complete statue lists months before Rockstar publishes categories. 305 HQ is built the other way: the tool reveals what you open; the write-ups stay thin on purpose.
Pins in the Leonida set are real-world addresses plotted so the pre-launch map has a coastline and street names. They are not official GTA 6 collectibles. Treat every mark as “I care about this place on the companion,” not “Rockstar put a statue here.”
That distinction is the whole product. A tracker that pretends every Florida hotel is loot trains you to spoil yourself. A tracker that only records what you chose to open is still useful after Rockstar publishes real categories — you already know how to isolate a district and keep the rest quiet.
Mark as found, meters, and spoiler-masked cards
On /map (and the related /island and /map2 boards), open a pin and mark it found when you are ready. That toggle lives in the browser on your device, so a refresh does not wipe the list. There is no public feed of what other people cleared.
When a district is active, the region meter shows found versus total for that zone and lets you isolate the zone so the rest of the map gets out of the way. The percent is “of the companion set,” not “of the official game list.” Closest path then builds a short route across remaining visible pins — a planner for landmarks you already filtered to, not a mission walkthrough.
On the gold island board, solution-style cards stay blurred until you choose Reveal. These guides never replace that control with a full answer dump. You can mark a place without revealing a card, and you can reveal a card without pretending the pin is official loot.
What these guides refuse to publish
We will not publish a complete official collectible list before Rockstar does. We will not walk through missions. We will not turn a district page into an address dump of every hotel on Collins Avenue just because the atlas file contains them.
District guides name a sample of real Florida landmarks and a count. That is enough to judge density. The interactive map is where the rest of the set lives, behind filters you control.
If you need a wallpaper or a thumbnail, those tools sit on /wallpapers and /creator-studio and do not force map spoilers on you. Progress tracking is a map job. Mood is a wallpaper job. Clicks are a studio job.
A practical first-week loop
Pick one district. Skim its guide only for density and a few landmark names. Switch to the map, isolate that zone, and mark places as you reach them — in the real-world learning sense before launch, or in-game after.
Come back to a guide when you want the next area, not when you want the answer to a puzzle. If you are watching a creator’s map video, pause before they zoom to a reward and mark your own finds first. The companion is built for that pace.
Link friends to this page or to a single district guide instead of pasting a pin dump into the group chat. Ignore any site that invents a complete official collectible list before Rockstar publishes one.
After launch, when official lists exist
When Rockstar’s own categories are public, expect this companion to add them carefully rather than overnight. Until that happens, keep using found-state for geography you chose to care about — beaches, downtown blocks, keys — and leave invented loot tables to less careful pages.
Optional signed-in sync exists for people who want the same found list across devices. The default is still local: clearing site data removes marks that never left the browser. There is no file export of an official checklist, because we do not have an official checklist.
A 100% district meter will still mean “you marked every companion landmark in this zone.” It will not mean you finished Grand Theft Auto VI. Keep that sentence in your head when a screenshot of a meter starts an argument.
Creators: show the habit, not the dump
If you film the map, say out loud that pins are Florida references on a fan companion. Show isolate and mark-as-found. Do not scroll two hundred Ocean Beach pins as a “guide.” Link the district page in the description.
The spoiler-masked cards on /island are there so a live stream can linger on the board without flashing an answer. Use Reveal on purpose, the same way you would blur a late-game clip.
This tracker is unofficial. It is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or Take-Two. That line belongs in your about text as much as it belongs here.
