Ocean Beach on the GTA 6 map

Ocean Beach, Vice Beach is the densest ATLAS set — about 202 real Miami Beach landmarks under a fan label. How to read the strip, what is plotted, and how to explore it without a pin dump.

Why this district is the density test

If you only open one beach guide before launch, open this one. Ocean Beach, Vice Beach is the largest region on the current companion — on the order of two hundred plotted landmarks. That number is why filters exist, why isolate exists, and why a phone-wide closest path across the whole strip is a bad first click.

The auto district page at /guides/vice-city-map-ocean-beach-vice-beach lists a short sample and the live count. This article is the orientation: what the fan label sits on, which neighboring beach labels are not the same page, and how to use the strip without treating it as official loot.

Nothing here is a Rockstar collectible list. The hotels and parks named below are Florida addresses used so the coastline has shape. Mark them on /map if you care about them on this companion — not because we claimed a statue spawned on the roof.

Two hundred pins sound like a completion list. They are a density warning. If you came here to memorize the strip, stop after the five sample names and go pan the board. Memory of a coastline beats a spreadsheet of suite numbers you will never tap.

Fan label, real Ocean Drive

The ATLAS region string is “Ocean Beach, Vice Beach.” In the real world the pins cluster around Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue, Lincoln Road, and the parks a few blocks inland. Art Deco hotels, welcome centers, and civic buildings give the strip readable anchors.

Vice City naming is a skin over that geography. It is useful for people who think in trailer language. It is misleading if you read every hotel name as a confirmed in-game business. We keep the Florida address in the pin description so the two layers stay separable.

Related labels sit next door: Vice Beach (about 53 pins), Washington Beach, Vice Beach (33), and Shore Dr, Ocean Beach, Vice Beach (31). If you isolate the wrong one, the board looks empty or the wrong kind of dense. Check the directory when a filter name surprises you.

Places already plotted — a sample, not a dump

A few recognizable references on the companion: Loews Miami Beach at 1601 Collins Ave; the Art Deco Welcome Center at 1001 Ocean Dr; Colony Theatre at 1040 Lincoln Rd; Lummus Park at 1130 Ocean Dr; Collins Park at 2100 Collins Ave; Flamingo Park and the Aqua Hotel on Collins. Treat those as map anchors.

The auto page will not list all 202. It caps the sample so this library does not become a phone-book of every suite and handball court in the atlas file. Open /map when you want the rest, and isolate Ocean Beach first.

If a pin is an address-only cluster, it is still geographic reference. It is not a leaked collectible with a question-mark name. Skip junk labels when you mark; the meter counts companion pins, not “places worth a video.”

Lincoln Road sits inland of the sand. People who only watch trailer water forget that. Marking Lummus Park and then Colony Theatre is a short walk in the real city and a useful first closest-path on the companion — two anchors, not two hundred.

  • Loews Miami Beach

1601 Collins Ave — hotel landmark plotted as map reference, not a confirmed in-game business

  • Art Deco Welcome Center

1001 Ocean Dr — visitor landmark on the Ocean Beach set

  • Colony Theatre

1040 Lincoln Rd — theatre pin used as a Lincoln Road anchor

  • Lummus Park

1130 Ocean Dr — park along the drive, companion geography

  • Collins Park

2100 Collins Ave — park landmark farther up the strip

How to explore 202 pins without a dump

Open this district on the map at /map. Isolate the zone. Search when you already have a hotel name from this page. Mark found as you go so closest path shrinks. A route across every remaining Ocean Beach pin is technically possible and practically miserable on a phone.

Before launch, “explore” means learning the shape: drive along the water in your head, notice that Lincoln Road sits inland of the beach hotels, notice Flamingo Park is not on the sand. After launch, use the same isolate habit so week-one videos do not flash two hundred labels.

Pair this page with the spoiler-free tracker if you are trying not to finish the strip from a blog. Pair it with the phone-map guide if you are holding the board in one hand on the actual beach — and remember that standing at Lummus Park does not complete an official collectible.

Creators covering the strip

Link /guides/ocean-beach-on-the-map and /guides/vice-city-map-ocean-beach-vice-beach in the description. Say the pins are Miami Beach addresses on a fan map. Do not title the video “every GTA 6 collectible on Ocean Beach.”

If you need B-roll of the gold silhouette, use /island — but do not pretend the island theater contains a different, more official Ocean Beach. The count lives on the Leonida set.

Wallpaper hunters who landed here by search want /wallpapers. Ocean Beach on the map will not crop a lock screen. Thumbnail makers want Creator Studio at 1280×720. Keep those jobs off this district page.

What this page will not do

It will not rank hotels as robbery targets. It will not guess which Art Deco facade Rockstar rebuilt. It will not merge Vice Beach and Ocean Beach into one essay just to chase two keywords — they are separate region labels with separate counts.

When the atlas count changes, the auto district page will show the new number. This orientation stays about how to use the strip. That split is how we avoid twenty thin clones of the same beach.
