Unofficial fan project

305 HQ is fan-made and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Game names and related marks belong to their owners.

Using the tools

• Only upload content you own or have the right to use, such as your own screenshots and clips.
• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed to it. Don't use anyone's face without their permission.
• Don't try to recreate official game art, logos, characters or trailer footage.
• Don't use the tools to create content that is illegal, hateful, sexual involving minors, harassing, or that impersonates real people or brands.
• Don't try to get around rate limits, credit checks or other safeguards, or overload the service.
• We may limit or block access if these terms are broken.

What you make

You own the thumbnails, titles and assets you generate, to the extent the law allows, and can use them in your videos and projects. AI output can be similar to output made for others, and you're responsible for checking that what you publish doesn't infringe anyone else's rights — including game publishers' trademarks.

3D props from the Assets Generator come with a licence file: you can use them in your own games, videos and projects, including commercially, but not resell the model files on their own.

Payments and credits

• Paid credits and plans are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Credits are stored with your browser. Clearing site data or switching devices can lose unspent credits, so keep using the same browser.
• Subscriptions renew each period until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges.
• Map Pro is a one-time pass for our own map features (not game content). Restore it on another device with the email you used at checkout.
• Refunds: within 14 days of a purchase, email ruminatestudios@gmail.com for a full refund of anything you haven't used. If a 3D build or thumbnail is unusable, we'll return the credit.
• If a paid generation fails on our side, the credit is returned. For any other billing problem, email ruminatestudios@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

YouTube

Features that use YouTube are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. We only change your channel when you explicitly push a thumbnail or title.

Copyright and takedown requests

If you own rights in something on this site, or in something made with it, and want it removed, email ruminatestudios@gmail.com with what it is and where it appears. We review every request promptly and remove content where appropriate.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". AI results vary and we don't promise any particular views, clicks or growth. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
